This FAQ will help you become familiar with aspects of the firmware of this unit. You should already havedownloadedandare setdrivers.
ImportantUnderstand that this is only part of the possible ways, you can read about the others in the header, in the "Instructions" section.

Installing official firmware or FlashTool

So, to begin with, let's deal with a program called the SP Flash Tool. This program allows us to perform many tasks, but the main thing is that it allows us to flash our device.Attention!After flashing you will lose all data. Save the information you need to the media.

1. Downloadand unzip the program to a folder on the disk. After that run flash_tool.exe. You will see the program interface.
   
2. Now you need to download and unzip one of the three official firmware from the header. It is better to download the latest,212It has the least error.
   
3. In the SP FlashTool program, click on the Scatter-loading button, go to the folder of the downloaded official firmware, and select the MT6582_Android_scatter.txt file.
   
4. Check that there is a daw on all items, and Download Only is selected in the menu. After that, turn off the phone, and click the Download button.
   
5. Connect your smartphone to your computer. If the drivers are installed correctly, then the firmware of your device should go. After the end of the firmware should pop out a box with a check mark. Otherwise, try again to reconnect the phone and click on the Download button.
   
6. Everything, your phone is stitched!

Custom recovery

Custom Recovery is needed in this case in order to install on your smartphone not official firmware, patches, root, etc.Important!When flashing custom recovery, the warranty on your smartphone is lost. To install it, you need to perform the following steps:

1. Download the recovery you need from the header. I recommend downloading TWRP version 3.0.2 or higher.
   
2. If you have firmware 206 or 210 then download and unzip this file210_scatter.rar(1019 bytes)
   and if 212 then this212_scatter.rar(1024 bytes)
   
   
3. Launch SP FlashTool, click on Scatter-loading and select MT6582_Android_scatter.txt that you downloaded
   
4. In the RECOVERY line, click on the Location section and select the recovery you downloaded, its extension should be .img
   
5. Make sure that the options are Download Only, and the jackdaw is only on the RECOVERY item
   
6. Turn off the phone. Click on the Download button. Connect the phone to the computer.
   
7. If everything worked out for you, a window with a daw should pop out. If not, repeat this a few more times. If it doesn't work out then, make sure you have drivers.

Root

To establish the root of the right, you must perform the following steps:

1. Download and copy this archive to your phone.BETA + SuperSU + PRO + v2.74 + patched + Cobra1111.zip(4.3 MB)
   
   
2. Turn off the phone
   
3. Hold the Power button and the volume up.
   
4. A menu will appear. Use the volume up key to select the desired option, and the volume down to confirm the selection. Select the Recovery item.
   
5. Next, as the recovery will load, click on the "Install" item
   
6. Use the provided file manager to find and select the archive that you copied to your phone.
   
7. Make a swipe for installation.
   
8. After installation, you can restart your phone. After the reboot, you will have root rights.

Custom firmware

Unofficial firmware is needed to increase functionality, optimize, and to get other useful features.Attention!After installation you will lose all data. I strongly recommend that before the firmware make a backup copy of the current firmware, that would return to it in case of anything.

1. Download the firmware you need from the header and copy to your phone.
   
2. Turn off the phone and go into recovery using the combination power + volume up
   
3. Select the item "Cleaning".
   
4. Select the item "selective cleaning"
   
5. Put daws on Dalvik / ART Cache, System, CР°he, Data.
   
6. After finishing, go back to the main menu and select the "Install" item.
   
7. Using the provided file manager, select the firmware you downloaded.
   
8. Make a swipe for installation.
   
9. After the end, reboot.
   
10. The first inclusion may be long. Done!

Backup

Backup should be a good friend to you, because it will save your firmware and information from formatting

1. Enter the recovery
   
2. Select the item "Backup"
   
3. Select the drive for which your backup will be saved.
   
4. The drive must have at least 2.5-3GB of free space.
   
5. For fidelity, put a daw on all points and spend swipe

1. To restore from a backup, select the "Restore" item in the main menu.
