Hello. Previously, everything was fine, ttl and firewall were configured. I changed the phone, now with android version 8, I have something like that, and when I distribute it via WiFi and usb. My brother has the same fare, he gives out to my computer, everything is ok. I installed Linux on the computer, set up ttl. I distribute and still blots the Internet. And my brother is ok. From the phone, the iota application is deleted. On the phone pinged, ttl 64 shows.
I answer my own question. The problem was that the new phone was still distributing ipv6. It is solved by disabling ipv6 on the receiving device. On ubuntu-like systems, this is solved in the following way:
Open the file along the path / etc / default / grub through your favorite text editor with administrator rights.
Change lines:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT = ""
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX = ""
On:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT = "ipv6.disable = 1"
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX = "ipv6.disable = 1"
Save the file and close the editor.
In the terminal, type the command:
Restart the computer, turn on the flight mode on the phone and turn it off. Try to connect again.
PS: on ipv4 TTL should be fixed according to the instructions from the header.
PPS: Most likely on windows should also help. It is necessary to disable (uncheck) in the wifi properties of the ipv6 adapter. Apply and reload OS.
