And you check. Why should he hang out?

Rep: (89)
* Herzz , in general, yes, it is heated less than the long and Asus, which stood before)

Something strange some kind of tp-link. In short, another problem has arisen. If you do not use the Internet on some device (wi-fi, lan. Especially on wi-fi), the connection of this device to the Internet is cut off. Moreover, there are no crosses and exclamation marks. The network appears after some time, from 10-60 seconds. I don’t get it. I got caught in a marriage or tp-link are all like that. Or I'm just an alarmist and somehow I can configure it (I did not find it).

I, too, did not understand which custom to sew and how ...

* Jonson1150,
Tight go comrade, my friend had WR940N v2 but .... the firmware was installed WR941ND v5 already from the factory, see which one you have.
If not, then you can upgrade to tftpd.

* vovan26_, and if something goes wrong?) can I restore the firmware, as, for example, on asus (if, of course, vkurse about them)?

Rep: (414)
* Trojan_161rus
You can recover via tftpd, something like this:http: //forum.tp-linkru...wtopic.php? f = 23 & t = 4313
Do not forget to cut the u-boot section from the firmware format!

Friends, tell me how on the TL-WR940N 450M V3 router, firmware 3.16.9 Build 150317 Rel.58284n to set the mode to "only 802.11 n" and is it possible at all?
At the moment there are only two mixed modes: 11bgn and 11bg.

I have written WR940N (RU) v5, which one should I try the firmware?

Any ideas how to do this? Special firmware?

Nothing in terms of increasing speed is NOT GIVEN.
The router sees what they are receiving the signal for and sets the maximum for it.

11n only mode>"11b, g, n mixed" on gadgets where it is possible to configure the network adapter to receive "11n only"
My actual question is not what it will give me (I know something) - but is it possible to do this on this model in principle.

Rep: (376)
is it possible
