Zander. The provider, apparently, is sudak.net (found unprotected wi-fi, so I’m not sure); everything works, mobile, if I may say so, the Internet from win-mobile is similar. On stock firmware only.
For the lucky owners of modified firmware who received the message "your device does not support vpn connections": I was helped by the tun installer (needed by root) according to the recipe describedhere(subsection "method N2). After that, on the second device with the mod firmware, both Zenmate and imzpn worked without problems.
It may be useful to those who have the problem left, and those who are planning to visit the Crimea and Sevastopol.

Since I managed to download the file only 4 times, I post it here. DrWeb cursed him (Not a virus, advertising program), Kaspersky did not find anything in it. How other antiviral programs will react - I do not know.

Just put on the Samsung Galexi tab of the old version, everything worked. On HTC sensation xe it worked, then the connection was plugged in but there was sent, there wasn’t anything, it was updated to 2.0, and again that was checked by sivash.net. Sadly a slave bastard !!!!
