Do not install firmware from 8GB version to 4GB and vice versa, get a brick!

Android 4.4.2 firmware for 8GB version only. ThanksLazyC0DErit became possible to run firmware on 4.4.2 from the 8GB version, see the firmware. If you do not have experience in flashing a smartphone / restoring it through FlashTool, then it is better not to experiment.

1. We get ROOT on the device, through usFramaroot(3 bottom point should work), reboot the device
2. Download the modified Recovery (here here here)
2.1 You can download the firmware in advance and put it in the root of the memory card, or if there are too many folders on the control panel, we can create for example "111" and drop the firmware there
3. Copy it to the root of the memory card
4. Download from the market or hereMobileuncle for MTK
5. Run the "Mobileuncle" go to the "Recovery Update"
6. Select downloaded recovery by name (name.img)
7. Agree with everything and preload
8. The smartphone restarts in RecoveryMode.
9. Making a backup of the system, it is very desirable, depending on the number of installed programs it can weigh about 2GB (make room in advance)
9.1 Backup and Restore --- Backup
9.2 Backup will end when the MD5 amount is created
10. We make wipes, preferably before installation, but it is possible and without rebooting the device

- Wipe Cache ->Cache removal.

Instructions for firmware via Flash Tool

- Unzip FlashTools and run Flash_tool.exe
- Unpack the firmware
- Select in MT6582_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait for the file to be added to the Flash Tool.
- Select Option->USB Model, and click USB Model
->Select option>Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off the phone, remove the battery.
- Press F9 or ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- Connect your phone to your computer via USB.
- If done correctly, the stripes will change color: red, purple, yellow. If this does not happen, then try to insert the battery.
- If the green circle caught fire, then the firmware is over.
- Turn off the phone, insert the battery and turn it on.
