Solving the problem with switching LTE (suggested by XDA):
- System / app /
- make backup of two files - LteConfigs.apk and LteConfigs.odex
- then delete these two files - LteConfigs.apk and LteConfigs.odex
- reboot the device
- after reboot - the menu works as expected, mobile networks switch correctly.
