Competition "Battle of Releases - PROGRAMS"
Competition "Battle of Releases - Programs" General provisions:
- The contest "Battle of Releases. Programs" is held by the Administration of Apple Forums to popularize the section iOS - Programs and increase user activity.
- The competition is held in two nominations: Best Programmer and Best Release Player.
- A competitor may be a winner in both categories.
- According to the results of the intermediate stages, participants will be awarded prizes and commemorative titles, and at the end of the competition - the winners in each category will be identified, who will receive the Grand Prix.
Dates:
- The competition starts on June 1 and will run until August 31, 2014.
- The competition takes place in 7 stages:Start and end time - Moscow.Schedule time stagesStage 1: June 1 - June 14, 2014

Stage 3: June 29 - July 12, 2014
Stage 4: July 13 - July 26, 2014
Stage 5: July 27 - August 09, 2014

Stage 7: August 24 - August 31, 2014 - Grand Prix results will be announced and published within seven days after the end of the competition.
The terms of participation:
- All users can take part in the competition.savagemessiahzine.com, regardless of their status on the forum, residing in Russia and the CIS countries1registered before 05/01/2014.
- To participate in the competition, you need to create a theme with a new program that was not previously discussed on the forum, or publish an update for an existing one.
- Since the competition is held in two categories, releases and updates are counted separately.
- In order to participate in the nomination of the Best Program Releaser, at least five new programs must be published during one of the stages.
- In order to participate in the nomination Best Releases Updater, it is necessary to publish at least five updates to existing programs during one of the stages.
- New releases announced for the competition must fully complyRelease rules and information.
- To ensure fair competitionRelease Rulestoughened: the presence of a cracked * .ipa- or * .deb file is considered mandatory for new releases.
- As updates, official packages with a version greater than that published in the topic are counted; frequent updates (for example, if the program has been officially updated several times a day) are not an obstacle.
- The competition involves releases and software updates from the AppStore, as well as releases and updates of tweaks from Cydia.
- The winners of the Grand Prix will select the jury composed of representatives of the Administrationsavagemessiahzine.combased on the number of releases / updates and the quality of the material.
- Winners of the competition stages will be identified based on a simple count of the number of releases / updates.2.
Dispute Resolution:
- When a release is simultaneously published or updated by several users, the release or update is counted to the first published one.
- In the case when it is impossible to identify the first publisher, a release or update is counted with the best, according to moderators, design3.
- Sticking posts (posting an empty message to be the first release) is not welcome; when revealing the fact of stubbing, the release will not be counted.
Prizes and awards:
- The winner of the Best Release Program nomination will receive the main prize - an iTunes / App Store gift card with a nominal value of 1000 rubles:

- Prize-winners of the competition will be awarded:
- First place - a gift program from iTunes / App Store, worth 99 rubles4;
