* lightvik,
So we can not wrestle and just wait? As he is quite capable router already)
As for localization I did not ask? When they make the language packs?

Post has been editedEugener - 11.07.14, 16:12

Rep: (81)
We must ask them, they may need help in translation, and that they themselves will not make the modules.

Rep: (311)
* kvorus
So they are required to simply make a separate file thong, preferably in English, and we will look to otstalnoe.

As for localization I did not ask?

I asked how to respond - accomplish your goal. tried to find out on this subject by developers miui.su - say ask useless.

Rep: (81)
Why useless?

Why useless?

literal answer is "you can ask to transfer - but it is useless."

Why useless?

yah because they do focus on the domestic market.
perplexity, similar to yours, there since the release of Xiaomi Mi-One :-)
that's only in the Android multilingual orientation practically imposed developers, and then just vebmorda.

reconfigured opkg. in settings that were exposed root folder - this is / data. has exposed the fact that root folder is / ->results:
began to show all the packages installed on the system, it is now possible to cut Chinese luci and install normal. got this today or tomorrow, I think washed down with no problem.

Rep: (441)
Post about OPKG repair [system install packages on openwrt]
default in the firmware file is incorrect package manager settings in it:
1) incorrect reference to packages.gz
2) opkg thinks that packs the link is not compatible
3) the packages are installed in / data. system packages can not be controlled

configuration file is on the way /etc/opkg.conf, we need to replace it with the content on this:
opkg.conf | working
src / gz attitude_adjustment http://downloads.openwrt.org/attitude_adjustment/12.09/brcm47xx/generic/packages
dest root /
dest ram / tmp
lists_dir ext / data / var / opkg-lists
option overlay_root /
arch all 100
arch brcm4709 200
arch brcm47xx 300

if I am not mistaken for normal installation Lucy ->you need to remove all luci * packets update [opkg upgrade] packages related to lua and install from the repository luci

which packages are modified in Chinese and / or affect the luci, ie you need to remove it before you install the normal Lucy (together they work just will not)
update1:
Does someone need to add support for 4G modems such as a series of Huawei HiLink? if everything is as I think - it will add work with usb-net modems without any problems.

If the pre-configure everything through admin Chinese (in fact go to your account) - then nothing.
without logging in to your router xiaomi account - can not juzat application on the PC and the phone.

Well, basically, instead of the cloud features Xiaomi and ghostly plugins, we'll get all the functionality OpenWRT with all the settings and the installation package to your taste. Campaign, will develop both directions, although, on the other hand, when the SDK, you can just finished branded Lucy to a functional OWRT ...

no, do not get drained with the help of SDK ->with the SDK it will be convenient to make their packages under it, like a bin file aria. and yes - it will remain for a long time only the Chinese.

if the pre-log in to your account on the router, and more of it is not to flash new firmware version - features xiaomi will work. we're only Scrollsaw web management.
Now to replace admin I do not have a pair of little tips a more experienced person in openwrt. I do not know where to find it.
