if I am not mistaken for normal installation Lucy ->you need to remove all luci * packets update [opkg upgrade] packages related to lua and install from the repository luci
which packages are modified in Chinese and / or affect the luci, ie you need to remove it before you install the normal Lucy (together they work just will not)

Does someone need to add support for 4G modems such as a series of Huawei HiLink? if everything is as I think - it will add work with usb-net modems without any problems.
