Shockproof E-ink readers

Rep: (1)
Hello! Tell me, please, some models shockproof book readers that can withstand frequent falls, if such exist at all.
I heard that there were polymer readers, in terms of screens they have no glass. But much stronger than they?

Nemo-007,
Almost all readers sufficient impact resistance.
For example:http://youtu.be/AcGz-izsGxI
To enhance the protection, use cover, case, box.

Billard,
that is, any normal, even glass, the reader will be able to withstand the frequent fall from a height of half a meter at least a year?
Hmm, I thought, they are fragile. :)

About frequent falls - hardly.
A rare drop quite acceptable.

Screen reader damaged mainly by:

- punching (a bunch of keys in a bag, for example);
- bending (in the back pocket of jeans alternatively);
- incidence on the object screen (phone keychain);
- screen fall on some object (a stone on the ground).

Judging from the reviews - yes, the screen more durable. But everything else - worse than ever, it is worth considering to purchase except that if there is a habit of falling asleep and sleeping with the reader.
Rota EF602 or he is under a different name plate - Wexler Flex One.

And what is it bad?
I wonder, will he be able to withstand years of frequent falls.

And so, I realized that there is a particularly strong readers.
Thanks to all.

Advise the normal reader, it is desirable not expensive, no more than $ 1000. I want to display with backlight and without glasses, a thread resistant to allow them to hammer nails or throwing against the wall without risk to break something.

Come on, even five years ago saw on youtube which is a prototype of textbooks in the format e-reader. So the kids each other over the heads of these clobber eReader, without prejudice to the screen, it is plastic there.

Looked PocketBook - for me so everything slag firmware excellent and the glass screen.

Sony DPT is available with a plastic screen, but useless for me - too bulky, and only reads PDF, for a piece of dollars could be made more compact and omnivorous reader.

And the one thread crash test conducted flagship book readers, for mobile phones is a common thing but on eReader if not searched, found nothing.

Well, imagine you have come to rest in the mountains:

Vayf not, and without vayf tablet is almost useless, and threw all flibustu reader and have fun. With charging tablets too, the problem does not get off to the mountains each time the tablet will need to charge, and normal reading room for a week will be enough.
Only the reader should be such that if it is a mountain in the valley the wind will blow, not to break, but so that the pants can be put under when to sit longer on that, here.
Where such selling? Surely not one reader for the post apocalyptic and survivalist dikoprirodnyh not released?
