I have the Newman N2 itself, and the SoC Samsung Exynos 4 Quad 4412 with a Mali-400 MP4 440 MHz gives 15.84 GFlops, a screen with a resolution like JiaYu G4C - 1280x720, GTA Vice City at maximum settings gives 35 - 40 fps and is played great, but GTA San Andreas at maximum settings gives about 15 - 20 fps - almost a slideshow, 35 - 40 fps gives only at medium - low.
Even in some games, different cache for PowerVR and for Mali, and, most likely, the graphics on the same settings may differ slightly.
So rely on the fact that JiaYu G4C in heavy games will have to set the graphics settings to medium / low to play without brakes
