Open an application project for W10M in VS2015, if not, then create one. Having said what will be going for x86, choose an emulator if not selected by default, under the menu among different buttons, there is such a button with a green triangle behind which every garbage is written and a small triangle down - poke there, select the desired emulator from the list and poke green triangle. If the application builds without errors, the emulator will start.
You can go the hard way by running the Hyper-V snap-in and there, if not configured, configure and launch from there.
You can go even more difficult way and run \ Program Files (x86) \ Microsoft XDE \ xde.exe after recognizing its parameters through /?
