Important information

This topic contains firmware only for the Jiayu G2F TD-SCDMA phone.
Firmware for WCDMA version are in this thread!

Instructions for flashing the phone via Flash Tools

- Unzip FlashTools and run Flash_tool.exe
- Unpack the firmware
- Select in MT6582_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait for the file to be added to the Flash Tool.
- Select Option->USB Model, and click USB Model
->Select option>Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off the phone, remove the battery.
- Press F9 or ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- Connect your phone to your computer via USB.
- If done correctly, the stripes will change color: red, purple, yellow. If this does not happen, then try to insert the battery.
- If the green circle caught fire, then the firmware is over.
- Turn off the phone, insert the battery and turn it on.

Instructions for flashing the phone via Recovery

Step 1. You need to install a modified recovery. How to do this is in the header of this topic in the "Root and Recovery" section. A modified recovery is already installed on your device, then skip this item.
Step 2. Download the firmware and copy it to the root of the SD card
Step 3. Turn off the phone completely. Then simultaneously hold down the power button and the volume button up for 5-7 seconds. The phone must enter recovery mode. The control menu is the volume keys and the button Power /
Choose:
- Wipe Data / Factory Reset ->Deleting user data
- Wipe Cache Partition ->Cache removal.
Step 4. Go back to the main screen and select Install zip from sdcard ->choose zip from sdcard ->then you must specify your firmware
Step 5. After the end of the firmware, select in the main menu Reboot.
Firmware complete!

Getting Root on stock firmware

Root is blocked by default, you can enable it in the menu option or in the developer menu.

This is pure android. Firmware with root rights, really multilingual, translated everything that is possible, as it should be in such cases. When working with settings, often some kind of errors that do not affect anything happen. The market is there, everything works as expected. After the unsuccessfully flashing of the Jiayu G2F (TD-SCDMA) phone, the WCDMA version, the sensor didn’t work properly.
I press in the center of the screen, it works from the top, in the bottom it does not where it is pressed at all. Works correctly only in the upper left side of the screen.
I read the forum is understood, you need to look for a donor with a broken version of the TD-SCDMA sensor in order to try to solder the controller.
On the Internet, it was successfully found from a broken phone, people wanted to throw it out, they gave it to me for a penny.
After soldering with a hair dryer, I am not a professional, it did not work out the first time.
