There are two options here, either you used the old version of the program for a long time (below 3.0.3.3, came out in September for 8.1), or the data file was suddenly damaged (more often it happens if the program is installed on the SD card), which is unlikely.

If you used the old version of the program below 3.0.3.3, then install the free version of Money Tracker Free (the latest version 3.0.4.9), upload your OneDrive backup, and create a new backup. It will be read in Windows 10.

Otherwise, if you have always used the latest version, then reinstall the program and restore from a backup to OneDrive.

Amount format is Russian, with a space, try to export in a different format if the previous program allows it to be configured, for example 1276.42

If the data is relatively little, you can fix it manually by editing the QIF file.

In principle, the application must read and such a format of the amount, test and correct if necessary.
