Previously, there was a DDR-3 operative with 2 strips of 2 GB each (1600) and everything worked fine. Operative (for certain circumstances) had to sell. I bought a replacement for DDR-3 1 bar for 4GB (1333) and the computer simply does not turn on, the screen is black, the computer restarts indefinitely, all indicator lights (in the upper right corner) are lit ...
The question arises: maybe these slots for ddr-3 do not support 4GB, or it may fundamentally need to occupy 2 slots at once (such as dual-channel mode), can this mode be disabled in the BIOS or somehow get the computer loaded with 1 bar in 4 GB? ?

Judging by the photo of the board from Ineta, you have 6 connectors for it on RAM. Of these, 4 under ddr2 and 2 under ddr3. A natural question arises: did you put your memory bar in that connector?

I found your mother, a hybrid of GA-EP45C-DS3, it seems to me that it is unlikely that 1333 will rise, remove the RAM and change it to 1600 is not easy because the mother has such characteristics.

1600 is the limiting frequency, I used to have 2GB of 1333 and all the rules worked, then there were 2x2GB of 1600.

In the past, this happened, he treated by resetting the bios, this time it did not help, after repeated disassembling and assembling and dancing with a tambourine, it worked. Well, well, I collected the computer, sat for a couple of hours, turned it off and went to bed.
Today everything is repeated and nothing helps, I noticed that the DRAMLED indicator on the motherboard is lit in red, which means the memory is not installed or there is some kind of malfunction, it started up without the slats themselves - everything is the same, it means the mother or BIOS simply cannot see
Memory is working - I checked the system unit for others, change slots, put on 1 and 2 also tried
Sometimes the problem changes, the computer turns on but nothing works (monitor, etc.)
And there are also Kingston kvr16n11 / 8 and Hynix 2GB 1Rx8 PC3 slats - 10600U - 9 - 11 - A1
