• Large Databases - Made changes to reduce OmniFocus' memory footprint when reading your database from disk.
• Repetition - Fixed a problem where repeating items could be corrupted when edited on multiple devices.
• Migration - Changed the interval at which you are prompted to migrate to one week, from one day.
What's New in Version 2.15.1

• Sync - Fixed a problem where an item that was deleted and then "resurrected" by simultaneous changes to its name on another device more than once would end up with the wrong name.
• Attachments - Fixed a problem where attachments could disappear when the server database was replaced manually.
• Software Update - Fixed a problem with the preference to send anonymous data.
• Action Groups - Fixed a problem where children of heavily-nested action groups were not showing as available.

OmniFocus 2.15 - July 19, 2016

The synchronization process in this version is compatible with all previous versions of OmniFocus, but you may be prompted to convert the database file to a new format, depending on which version of OmniFocus used. For more information, see. Later in the release of information.

• File format - in OmniFocus introduces a new file format that supports the new features in version OmniFocus 2.x and later. Starting with version 2.15 OmniFocus for iOS and OmniFocus 2.6 for Mac OmniFocus will control what other copies of the application you use for database synchronization. When the program detects that all copies are up to date, you will be prompted to switch to the new format. If you have an older version of OmniFocus, you want to update or disable them prior to synchronize the transition to the new format, OmniFocus program will inform about it. If you want to know which devices with OmniFocus ready to upgrade, and what you want to disable, then click 'Run database migration "in OmniFocus settings. If the right offer proof migration, which means that all devices are ready!
• Encryption - OmniFocus program always carries out data transfer between the device and the synchronization server is encrypted, but before an attacker to access files on the server can read your data. • recording files - OmniFocus now automatically removes the server files created during an interrupted synchronization.
• First start - Fixed the cause hang-ups, arises when you first start OmniFocus when connected to the network without access to the Internet.

• Shortcuts - to return to the main page now uses a combination of Shift-Command-H, to avoid conflict with the updated keyboard shortcuts iOS.

What's new in version 2.14.1
This release is focused on improving Sync:
• Sync - Reduced the likelihood of customers receiving a prompt to choose local or server database by detecting when the current device was so out of date that it had been removed from the client pool. In these cases we now just take the server database and merge any local changes to it if necessary.
• TaskPaper Format - Fixed a problem where projects were being exported with the wrong @autodone setting.
• Crashes - Fixed three of our most common crashes in OmniFocus 2.14.
• URL Crash - Fixed a crash when OmniFocus was cold-launched via an / add URL.
• URL Crash - Fixed a crash when a malformed attachment was added via URL.

What's new in version 2.10
OmniFocus 2.10 adds a new option for Due Soon, indicators for notes and attachments in the editor, improves external keyboard support, reverts Reminders Capture to its pre-iOS9 behavior, and fixes bugs.
• Due Soon - Due Soon includes a new option- "Today" -which includes only items due before midnight. Due Soon options expressed in "days" also use midnight as a boundary instead of multiples of 24 hours. So, "Due Soon is in the next 2 days" includes items due before midnight tomorrow. The "24 Hours" option remains unchanged, but since the overwhelming majority of customers we heard from were looking for it to function as "Today", we have made the latter the default and you'll need to re-select "24 Hours" if you prefer to not use midnight as a boundary.
• Reminders Capture - We've set the default Reminders Capture behavior back to deleting the source reminder because we found that moving to a "Captured by OmniFocus" list was both confusing and unreliable.
• Editor Tabs - We now show an indicator if the current item has a note or attachment.
• New Keyboard Shortcuts - We've added external keyboard shortcuts for Settings, Sync, Help, Mark Complete / Incomplete, returning to an action's title from its note, and for navigation between days in Forecast.
• Expand All - This contextual menu item now expands all levels, instead of only the current level.
• Crash - Fixed a crash when canceling a new action added via Save + to a project selected from search results conducted from the Changed perspective.
• Apple Watch - Ensured that OmniFocus complications are updated as soon as settings are changed.
• Emoji in Action Titles - Fixed a problem where these disappeared on sync if certain other characters were present.
• Cancelling New Items - Cancelling a New Action or Quick Entry from an external keyboard before the view appears no longer leaves behind an 'Untitled Item'.
• http User Agent - Updated our user agent strings to include the marketing version in addition to bundle version.
• First Run Experience - Fixed typographical formatting issues in Permission setup text.
• Reset Settings - We now correctly reset Push Settings when all settings are reset.

What's New in Version 2.9

• Swipe to Flag - Toggle the flag on tasks or projects from any list or outline.
• Responsive Syncing - OmniFocus now uses Push to trigger syncs so that changes made elsewhere are dowloaded to your device more quickly. As of this release, support for Push on the Omni Sync Server is in beta (https: //www.omnigroup....red-sync-in-omnifocus). • Sync Settings - Sync Settings have been redesigned to incorporate Push, as well as provide a client list and a log of recent syncs.
• Incompatible Database Alert - This now offers to email OmniFocus support and include debug information that will help us find out why you received it.
• Sync While Editing - OmniFocus now integrates sync changes in many more situations *, though sync is still postponed:

• Miscellaneous Fixes - Assorted smaller crash fixes and stability improvements.
* This change means that OmniFocus' "last edit wins" method of sync reconciliation is more obvious in some situations, but those situations should be limited (they require simultaneous edits to the same item).

Today Extension
• The OmniFocus Today Extension displays a list of actions due today in Notification Center. This list is analogous to the Today section of Forecast within OmniFocus. To add the Today Extension, use the Edit button at the very bottom of Notification Center.
Sharing Extension
• OmniFocus now appears as a recipient when tapping the Share button in other iOS apps. You can add shared content directly to a Project or Context, or to your Inbox by leaving those fields blank. If OmniFocus does not initially appear in the Share popover, it may need to be enabled via the "More ..." button at the end of the recipient list.
What's new in version 2.2
OmniFocus for iPhone 2.2 includes TextExpander support and various other improvements and bug fixes.
TextExpander touch Support
• OmniFocus now includes support for TextExpander touch, including an area in Settings to update snippets. TextExpander snippets are expanded in most text fields, in notes, and in search.

Search now considers each term separately. For example, searching for "framistan calibrate" will match an action named "Calibrate the framistan".
Perspectives with saved search terms now use the same query / filter rules on the iPhone as they do on the Mac.
If you have an iPhone 5 or newer, search results now appear as you type.
Miscellaneous
You can now use the iOS 7 "back" gesture, a drag from the left edge of the screen, instead of tapping the Back button.
