Find out the current phase of the moon with one of the most detailed and scientifically accurate visualizations.
This application uses the simulation of the lunar surface created by the NASA LUNAR RECONNAISSANCE MISSION.
Keep the moon in your hand with this stunning 3D simulation of lunar phases and updating data in real time. Rotate the moon back and forth through its phases. The application displays all the necessary information: the sunrise / sunset of the moon, illumination, the name of the current phase, the zodiac sign, distance and age. All this in the elegant interface. There is also a monthly calendar in which you can see how the moon is changed every month.
You can smoothly drag the phase with your finger, or even make the moon rotate quick movement.
Beautiful images of the moon were created by NASA. Watch how the shadows are changed on the craters for a month, as well as the oscillations of the Moon, when it rotates around the Earth.
Two fingers you can approach, remove and move the moon.
In the calendar you can see the phase of the Moon for any date in the future or past.
