At the same time, it shows that the connection is OK, but neither you nor they can call you.Solution: turn on only 2G mode and reboot. For the operator, who claims that "his Internet is the fastest" seems to be trolling;) The solution came after several experiments with 3G / 2G autoswitching (stopped at / out of the basement).
4. Can live your life in your pocket.
5. The vibro setting flies.

General conclusion:the device in the trashbefore correcting errors. Maybe I just got such a copy :) They will try to change (not my device), after I return it.
