Is there any voice dialing in the Z30, in which language?
Voice dialing in Russian there is just a set. If you switch to mode voice control , then the Russian language is not available, only the main bourgeois ones.

you are half mistaken, in OS 10.2.1, arcs are installed without conversion in the phone itself.
