It looks like a problem at the Camera level.
In general, this application is unstable. For example, when the face recognition functionality is activated to unlock, at some point, the recognition stops working, and when you open the Camera application, it either displays a crooked green screen instead of the camera image, or it simply closes with an error. Only restarting the device helps.
