After long attempts and communication, I found out from competent people that at the moment there are no NCK codes for this model. But in principle, it works with all operators, provided that the MTS connection manager is running and, in the device manager, modem properties, additional communication parameters, it is written:

for biline

for megaphone

Then we connect the Connect Manager to the system tray and from the network connections we launch MTS Internet and everything works well with the new SIM cards.

I made friends with the MTC Alcatel 410D modem with TP-LINK 2543ND putting the latest firmware. There was a DD-WRT v24-sp2 (24/07/13) std firmware and this modem was not connected. Put DD-WRT v24-sp2 (06/23/14) std earned. More did nothing.
