    Software.
    Unlock modem from the operator.
    1. The first thing we need to do is find out the IMEI modem. This can be done in at least three ways. Firstly, IMEI is listed on the box, secondly, under the SIM card compartment cover on the modem itself, thirdly, you can find it out from the firmware.

    2. After you have learned IMEI you need to get the unlock code.

    3. To get the code useHUAWEI Unlock code calculator.Or useonline service.

    4. Enter our 15-digit IMEI and click "Calc", in the window the utility will generate us our Flash / Unlock codes. Flash code is needed for modem flashing, Unlock for unlocking!
    In our Huawei E3272 modem, the unlock code by the new algorithm, i.e.v201 code.

    5. Insert the SIM card of another operator, open the modem control program, enter the received code when requesting the unlock code.

    6. Everything! After entering the modem will be unlocked from the operator and will accept any SIM cards of the world.
    If the code request window does not open, then:
    1. Download the programDC-Unlocker Client,install on your computer and run.

    2. Click on the magnifying glass icon.

    3. After the modem is determined, enter the command AT ^ CARDLOCK = "Your unlock code" and press the Enter key.

    4. If you received an “OK” message in response, the modem is unlocked.
    If you have spent all attempts to enter the code.
    The number of attempts to enter the code is limited to 10 attempts. If the wrong code was entered 10 times, the modem blocks further attempts - more commandAT ^ CARDLOCK it does not unlock it, even if you enter it with the correct code. If you still managed to exhaust all input attempts, that's okay - they are easy to recover.
    This is done by the following commands:

    AT ^ DATALOCK = "Unlock Code"
    AT ^ MAXLCKTMS = 10

    10 is the new number of attempts (you can enter any number from 1 to 255). You can then enter the commandAT ^ CARDLOCK with the correct code and unlock the modem.

    This all passes within a couple of seconds. Sometimes a modem-to-PC connection is established as soon as I click "Connect", the connection is lost.
    I emphasize that it is not a connection in terms of 4ji, but a connection of a modem and a PC.
    Ports are all working, never failed. I checked the voltage, it is more than 5, which is enough.
    I tried three extenders; the result is the same.
    And now the fun part. The same modem works great in a laptop with Seven and on YUSB 2 and YUSB 3.
    what's wrong with my windows pc?
    Programs and remnants in the registry from past modems deleted, drivers, megaphone Internet updated.
    so far nothing helps. how to be? maybe it is worth changing to M100-1?
