The player consists of 3 screens: the current composition, file manager and playlist.
Swipe left / right to switch between screens.

Look for the problem in the media scanner. The player takes the covers from it, and only then - using the plugin, but the search data — the artist, the album — also takes from the media scanner. It is also possible that you incorrectly selected the root folder: sometimes there are two alternative paths to the folder. The media scanner uses only one of these paths, and if you selected the second one in the player, it is clear that the player cannot receive data from the media scanner. When selecting the root folder, see which ones are highlighted in the dialog - there is data for them in the media scanner, but not for the others.
