I had a problem:
On the phone was the firmware for Hong Kong - 3047.0000.1326.2001 (3047.0000.1326.10144)
I wanted to put the firmware for Russia 3047.0000.1326.2003
But it does not get through NCS, it gives the error "Invalid response from device, incorrect message id"

Decision
File->Open product->RM-892.
In the lower left corner of Programming -> Recovery, the copied firmware should appear in the list. If it is not, then you did not copy it there.
Turn off the phone and do not connect, click Start.
NCS will not see it and will show how to connect the phone in bootloader mode.
We connect the phone and perform the necessary actions.
Then we press Retry in NCS and voila the firmware is in place

if you have a phone purchased, for example, in China, then even when setting up the Russian language, a lot of things remain in the settings in the phone in Chinese, which is unpleasant (unless of course you are not Chinese).
Therefore, you need to upgrade to the Russian firmware.

Operator 000-HK, RM-892_apac_hong_kong-272.
It does not "see" LTE from the MTS operator, I have not tried it on other operators, the maximum speed is set to 4G, although when manually selecting the operator, it writes MTS_Rus (4G, 3G, 2G)

What do you think the firmware on the Russian will help, because otherwise everything is ok.
