On my tablet, I installed SuanogenMod and superuser rights and found how to remove this protection with all this. I did everything honestly and I did not type the password.
I just pressed the shutdown button, there the menu is turned off / reset. In CyanogenMod, with a long press of the reset button, the tablet reboots into safe mode, in which third-party applications are disabled, including yours. In safe mode, the user can open the built-in file manager with access to system folder (in safe mode it is possible) and remove the application from the system folder.

We thought to remove the status bar, but decided not to do this, because:
1. If the launcher is installed on your device that you give to a child (most likely it will be a child up to 5 years old), pop-up messages and notifications in the status bar will be useless for him, since he still cannot read.
The maximum that he can do is to click on them, but the application is blocked and the main launcher screen appears.
Also he will surely disable / enable wifi, bluetooth, air mod, .... from the notification bar. There is nothing terrible, as it seems to us.
We came up with a solution to fix it. In the next versions we are implementing.

2. If the launcher is installed on the child's device, then there is no point in disabling the status bar, because the child will receive pop-up messages and notifications, and should have access to such a tool as the status bar.
