In the properties of the modem connection, on the "access" tab, put a checkbox "to allow other users ..." In the TCP / IPv4 properties of the Local network (not a modem, but a network card) IP 192.168.137.1 and a mask of 255.255.255.0 should be added. Through another computer connected to the router via WI-FI, and on the web in the properties of the WAN chose a static IP. I registered 192.168.137.2; mask 255.255.255.0; the gateway and DNS are the same 192.168.137.1. And it all worked!

Maybe someone can use my experience, how to make friends with WLTUBA-107 (wi fi yota modem) with TP Link 3420 v2. On standard firmware (latest firmware 3.14, fully Russified) this modem will not work 100%
