You will also need a flash drive 8 + Gb andMyCloud - 2tborMyCloud - 3tb. Format the flash drive in ntfs. Unpack the image on a USB flash drive.

After that, we connect the screw to the computer (to avoid, turn off all the working screws) and load into any Linux LiveCD (for example) Mount a flash drive.

The wdc website describes the installation of transmissoin via the UI using regular methods, but not on MyCloud.
