It looks like this:

Download the programAnycut.
But! Running it from the program menu makes no sense. Will not work. However, there is a solution!
From the desktop, create a shortcut. In the menu that appears, select Anycut and from there, select from the list, for example, "EngineerMode".
Checked, everything works!

Some claim that creating a shortcut with the stock launcher does not work.
On Holo Launcher works.
