Often use the phone? Tired of constantly pressing the on / off button?
This application allows the screen to automatically turn off when you put the phone in your pocket or on the table, and turn on when you take it out or pick it up. No need to touch any button.
HOW IT WORKS: The application monitors the position of the device through the orientation sensor in space. If your phone has been turned down, at a certain angle, it is probably not used. In this situation, the proximity sensor is activated to determine if it is covered. If so, the screen will turn off, because you probably put the phone in your pocket or put it on the table.
To conserve battery power, the proximity sensor is activated only when it is really necessary. Moreover, when the screen is extinguished and the sensor is covered, the application plunges the phone into a deep sleep state to save as much energy as possible.
Main characteristics: - Position sensor "in your pocket": Detects that your phone is in your pocket. When you turn the phone at a certain angle, the screen turns off.
- Position sensor "on the table": Detects if the phone is on the table and turns off the screen.
- Approach sensor metering mode: If the device is upside down, the proximity sensor is taken into account. When you disable this function, the application will only rely on the orientation sensor in space.
- Screen on mode with proximity sensor: turns on the screen when you take the phone out of your pocket and turns it off when you put it back. Also, by swiping your finger on the proximity sensor, you can wake the device.
- Turning on the screen by shaking: If the screen is turned off and the device is in the working position, the screen can be woken up by shaking, according to the sensitivity set.
- Support for the included screen using shake: The application will track the slightest movements of your hand (according to the device in space), and if they are detected, keep the screen on. It can be useful when you are reading something to prevent permanent screen blanking, by timeout.
POWER CONSUMPTION: Must be insignificant. I experienced about 5 percent of the extra expense on the test device. However, it may vary in different devices, and depending on the configuration of the application.
IMPORTANT: On some devices, an alarm clock conflicts with this application. If you have a similar bug, please use a third-party alarm clock, for example:
