I propose to remove the disappearing scrollbars in the message area and return normal browser (overflow: auto) or add a setting.
Either slightly alter the window so that the whole page scrolls and the response window was executed in the form of a div {position: fixed; bottom: 0: left: 0; top: 0;}, would be better for mobile devices (place the response div in after the block with messages, so that if pisition: fixed doesn't work, it will be in the basement of the page).
