* Dreyk007,
Yes, thanks, I didn’t notice that the ip router looks like 10.xxxx, that is, gray. It is a pity of course, ipv6 would make life easier.

You can try our happiness with Teredo / Miredo (work for any Nat-Ami, in my experience) or buy the cheapest VPS server and use it as a tunnel / broker to IPv6. But if you want to do it on the side of the router, you will need a custom firmware.

the hassle-free operation of the telegram and some sites.

You can try your luck with Teredo / Miredo
it is possible, but the thing is that the apartment is rented and not to say that I am here for a long time. Since the simplest way with 6to4 did not work out - well, I'll use the VPN, since it is unlimited and runs on a rented vpske.

Rep: (45)
M.E.S @ 06/20/19, 17:12*
possible, but then the fact is that the apartment is removable
And what does it have to do with it? It seems no special bindings.

M.E.S @ 06/20/19, 17:12*
I will use VPN, since he is unlimited and spinning on a leased VPS.
This is our time the most optimal option) Today, everyone should have their own VPS for normal and-non.

but what does it have to do with it?
Yes, the key point is that I’ve been here from the power for a couple of weeks, and since the quick way did not solve the problem, there’s no special desire to dig deeper. But anyway, thanks for the help.

I want to share the experience of restoring TP-Link TL-WR740N v4 after unsuccessful flashing DD-WRT v3.0-r40048 std (06/16/19)

After reviewing the topic, I opened a couple of tabs with instructions, but I had to collect my own from a pile of other instructions.
Long sat on the DDWRT, killed him trying to update.
Got a dead router that blinks with all the lights.

What you need to do:

1) We connect the router to the PC via any lan (not blue), and configure the network as in the screenshots.
We put wireshark on wiretapping of that port into which the router was inserted.
About wireshark
How to listen to the program ports can google separately. The main thing is to install all its components when installing the program, because it will not start without them. Start - select immediately after completion of the scan the port into which the router is inserted.

Turn on the router with the reset button held down until the lock appears, release and see what wireshark writes us. We are looking for, at what address the router is and what file is looking for)
The logs show that the router is listening to 192.168.0.66 (192.168.0.86 can also be listened to by other routers, but most likely the first option. Do not miss if you own an English or translator), and is looking for a surprising file wr741ndv4_tp_recovery (in other instructions it is different ).
Turn off the router and go further.

I could not restore the router until I disabled version 6 / ipv6 ip (see page 2 for a screenshot).

2) Download Tftpd32 and launch it for recovery as administrator and do it as in the screenshots (click on our firmware and click cancel, as it should).
I attach the archive with the program and firmware WR740N v4 (drain) without boot which I found on the forum.
Attached file1.rar(3.85 MB)

Tftpd32 setup

The file with the firmware, respectively, is signed with the name that was found out in paragraph 1 (in the wireshark logs, look for something similar to my name)

3) We perform everything as on the screen, then press the reset button on the router and turn it on until the lock appears.
We look at the wireshark logs (if they are not there, something is wrong), the Tftpd32 program itself did not give me any firmware download bars.
If you see the picture as in this screenshot, then the router is flashed and restarted. We are waiting for 5 minutes. Roll back the PC network settings to the drain and close the program.
Log wireshark

Ip address to access the standard web interfacehttp://192.168.0.1/
We go in and sew everything your heart desires, even though the stock version of the firmware is ru.
Borrowed a couple of screenshots from uv. Steelk.
Suggestions for improving the post in koumiss.

The logs show that the router is listening 192.168.0.66

This IP has already been shown thousands of times.
Why all these unnecessary extra movements?

Well, a man came to this in this way, there is nothing bad in it. Well, that decided to share, someone can help. I have known about this method for a long time and used it repeatedly, but even in this manual I peeped something interesting for myself.

Rep: (50)
answer
* Herzz Yes, because on the other instructions I would have sat with a broken router. Ip then showed, but for example, until I started using that program, nothing happened ... And I saw in it that ipv6 was an obstacle for the firmware, and disabling it all went like clockwork. And if the address ends at 86 ?! Or another, because the firmware is non-standard? What about the file name? Why poke a finger in the sky? It is better to look at everything for sure for the particular case.

* vovan26_ I see this link for the first time; everything was written by hand. Screenshots and text are similar, but why plagiarize right away? The firmware process is not so versatile. I myself have the server program as on the screenshots of your link did not display the download process, so I looked in the shark. And I did lend a couple of screenshots, mentioning a person in the post.

he also wrote that VPN is spinning on his leased VPS server. Find anywhere you can. A lot of VPS providers, but the rates are different.

Rep: (8)
* Dreyk007 , I do not understand at all, I do not rummage at all in a network card ...
I hear about VPS for the first time, in the technique of sharyu, but in network communications in any way (.
It is necessary to make up)

All the best, suddenly a router, a full corpse, suddenly stopped working. Power Supply? Or throw in the trash than trying to revive him, who will tell?

Rep: (1784)
at17 @ 06.25.19, 22:54*
Power Supply?
You can check it with a tester, preferably under load, i.e. measure the voltage when connected to a router (you have to disassemble the router), or connect a known-good unit to the router and check it.

on cable? WiFi? If with different firmware, then the hardware problem can
alex821 @ 06/29/19, 10:31*
Can I put the VPN server in the Sabzh on the ENTWARE type?
ENTWARE is used on routers with firmware "not OpenWRT", and I do not think that 4MB will fit firmware with the VPN-North
