Description:
Recommended Replacement - DIR-615 / K1A
Network performance improvement
The 802.11n D-Link DIR-615 wireless router provides better wireless signal quality than existing 802.11g technology. The DIR-615 router can act as a base station to connect 802.11b, 802.11g and 802.11n devices to a wireless network and share Internet connections and files with video, music, photos and documents. N-D-Link wireless products use Intelligent Antenna technology, which allows you to transmit multiple data streams at once and receive wireless signals even in the most remote parts of the house. 802.11n D-Link technology not only significantly increases the range, but also allows you to maintain a connection with existing 802.11g and 802.11b wireless devices.

Easy installation
Thanks to the D-Link Quick Install Wizard, the user can configure the DIR-615 wireless router in minutes. Step-by-step instructions allow you to set up an Internet connection, a wireless network, configure security features, and set other necessary network parameters without even having special knowledge in the field of network technologies.

Network security
The DIR-615 router supports the latest wireless security features to prevent unauthorized access via a wireless network or the Internet. Support for WEP, WPA and WPA2 encryption protocols ensures that you can use the best encryption method, regardless of client devices. In addition, a double firewall (SPI and NAT) is built into this wireless router to prevent possible attacks from the Internet. Providing high wireless performance, network security and range, the DIR-615 wireless router is ideal for improving the performance of an existing wireless network at home.

* Maximum practical bandwidth built-in router, measured in the test network. The actual speed of access to the Internet, local resources and IP-TV will be different, as it depends on the type of service and connection provided by the Internet provider, the current network load of the provider, the route and characteristics of data lines.

1 The maximum wireless data rate is defined by the IEEE 802.11g and 802.11n standard specifications. The data transfer speed may differ significantly from the speed of the wireless connection. The conditions in which the network operates as well as environmental factors, including the volume of network traffic, building materials and structures, and the network overhead, can reduce actual throughput. Environmental factors may influence the range of a wireless network.

2 The computer must meet the system requirements recommended by Microsoft.

3The software supplied with this router is not compatible with the MAC.

4The latest software and documentation are available on the D-Link website.
This device is based on the IEEE 802.11n specification and does not guarantee future compatibility with a future version of the IEEE 802.11n specification. Compatibility with IEEE 802.11n devices from other manufacturers is not guaranteed. All baud rate data are for comparison purposes only. Device specifications, dimensions and appearance are subject to change without notice, and the appearance of the device may differ from that shown here.

Hello! Faced such a problem.
There is an Internet comes to me from a switch on the twisted pair. I plug into a laptop
without any ip addresses in the settings and there is internet.
I connect this cable to the router DIR 615
On all devices with Wi-Fi Internet is not.
When you try to change something in network seting, you get this: lan subnet conflicts with wan subnet
And this is with an inserted cable with an Internet.
As far as I understand, everything should be simple.
but it turns out not ...
Help me to understand

Here is the log of work:

lan subnet conflicts with wan subnet
ProviderOn the “other side of the Internet,” someone (the same household router) gives addresses from the same private range as your router is inside. Just change your internal grid; for example, if it is now 192.168.0.0, do 192.168.1.0.

The router works fine for desktop and laptop. But the MTS 975 phone sees it, gets an IP address for a very long time, connects (supposedly - in any case, all these messages are displayed), but a little bit to sense. There is no Wi-Fi connection icon, the speed is the same as with GPRS Internet. I suspect that the matter is in the phone. Can anyone help?

Are there any problems with the router with other devices except - MTS 975?

Not. The desktop is connected to the router via cable, laptop via Wi-Fi. Both without problems.

Both without problems.

Then the problem with "MTS 975" and you better ask this question in the profile branch on the phone, perhaps not only you have this problem.
BUT, on the router try changing the encryption type for example to wpa aes / tkip, also check without password and encryption(go through all the options) It has been noted that not all devices work equally well with all types of encryption, it is possible that you have both.

Good day. I got this router with revision k1 inherited from dom.ru. he does not support yusb. Unfortunately, I can not buy a router with support for us. Please take me to the DETAILED instructions so that this router will distribute the internet via wifi.
And yet, how would you unlock it from dom.ru?

* Mac Guru,
quite a disaster. stitched through ttf and now the router does not respond to anything at all. Neither can it enter or reset to 192.168.0.1 and all the lights are constantly on it, but very dimly. 30-30-30 mode did not help.
