Driver

1) Disable digital signature verification in Windows 7. (Explained for dummies. When you turn on computer / computer, press F8 and select a specific download method. Select "Disable digital signature verification".)
2) Connect the phone to the computer.
3) Run Android usb driversandriod_usb_driver_setup_V1.0.exe(8.55 MB)

Instructions for changing IMEI using QPST (Qualcomm Product Support Tools):

1) Install QPST
2) Connect the phone (normally turned on) to the computer and make sure that the drivers are installed and the Qualcomm Diagnostic COM port is visible in the computer devices.
3) Launch the QPST Configuration and, on the Ports tab, add to the list a COM port with a number that is “visible” in the computer’s devices as “Qualcomm Diagnostic”
4) From the QPST Configuration menu, select Start Clients ->Software Download
5) In the running QPST Software Download, select the Backup tab, set the qcn file name to save the current phone settings.
6) Click Start, backup goes.
7) Check that the size of the resulting file>144 KB (if less than 100K, then the second IMEI did not get into the backup ....)
8) Open the saved HEX qcn file with the editor and look for both IMEI in it using this algorithm (as an example)
Original (current IMEI) displayed for example by * # 06 #
123456789012345
divide 2 digits from the end and add "a" ahead
a1 23 45 67 89 01 23 45
swap numbers in pairs
1a 32 54 76 98 10 32 54
Get the HEX string that you want to search in the qcn file
9) Change the found HEX string to the required IMEI (to which we get the replacement according to the above written algorithm)
For example, you need to replace with

This instruction will not work, the version of QPST is not correct, your version is not able to backup IMEI
