Well, let's say, the simplest situation is a monthly loan payment. I can schedule it for a specific amount and date in the future. If suddenly the actual amount or date changes, they can be simply changed in the program or Excel. the program at start compares the current system date and dates of transactions that were planned, and if there are transactions scheduled on the current date, the program can ask what to do with them or simply transfer them to completed ones.

Accordingly, reports can also be generated with or without future payments.

Objective one - to know the ratio of the planned income and expenses for a certain period.


At a minimum, it would be desirable that the program in the total amounts for the accounts on the current date do not take into account transactions that will occur in the future. The rest can be done in Excel.

And is it worth it to make this amount in expenses or not.
