DNS AirTab P102G - Official firmware (OS 4.0.4)
Description | Discussion | Firmware

Drivers and Utilities

Official firmware

Instructions
ATTENTION!!! It is imperative to make a backup before starting any manipulations, since in its process a file is obtained that is necessary for the further normal firmware of the tablet.

Unlock tablet
New way to unlock dies, foundvzhik777
So to unlock the plate you need:
  1. We format the microSD flash card in FAT32 format (It is better to use branded flash, such as Kingston, KingMax and the like, but it may not work with noname)
  2. Download archiveAttached filewipe data.zip(125 bytes)
unpack and throw its contents on the prepared flash card
For those who do not work this file, downloadAttached filewipe cache.zip(162 bytes)
just unpack it on a USB flash drive and try with it
  3. We insert the USB flash drive into the plate and transfer it to the Recovery mode. To do this, on the switched off tablet, press the power button as soon as the screen lights up, click the volume up button several times until we see a bellied drone
  4. We are waiting for the tablet to reboot itself.
  5. Voila, enjoy the pristine plate

Attention! Those who have a tablet with 3.2 android 16GB to unlock, you need to flash a full backup with 12 partition through APX

Backup, restore and obtain root rights
The first thing you need to do is backup

Attention!!! Despite the fact that everything will be painted "on the shelves," and all actions are checked personally on my tablet (1GB / 16GB), you do everything at your own peril and risk !!!
Any actions in the APX mode can be performed only once !!! Those. after each batch job execution, it is necessary to re-enter APX mode.
So the procedure is:
  1. Download Firmware tools in the section "Drivers and Utilities" in the header. Unzip and install the program, all the necessary shortcuts appear on your desktop.
  2. Connect the tablet in APX mode, for this:
-connect the turned-off tablet to the computer via USB cable.
-Tap 2 keys on the tablet: the volume up key and the power button until the sound of connecting a new device appears (usually it takes about three seconds).
A new APX device will appear in the Device Manager, update the driver by pointing to the USB APX Driver folder in the С: \ Firmware tools \ Drivers folder
  3. After installing the driver, launch the "Backup Firmware" shortcut from the desktop and wait until the backup is received.
  4. Exit the APX mode by holding down the 2 keys: the volume down key and the power button until a characteristic device shutdown sound appears, then re-enter the APX mode as previously described and launch the "Unsecure Boot" label, wait for the end, exit the APX and turn on the tablet.
  5. After switching on, in the settings enable USB debugging and installation from unknown sources, connect the tablet to the PC.
A new device will appear in the Device Manager, update the driver by pointing to the USB Debug Driver folder in the С: \ Firmware tools \ Drivers folder
P.S. Debugging on the x64-bit system failed on this tablet, it performed all actions in the x32-bit OS.
  6. After installing the driver, launch the "Root tablet" shortcut, after performing the tablet will reboot, after loading the SuperUser program and the root rights themselves should appear in the menu.
For those who for some reason did not have a root, use the progUnlock root

If we want to return the tablet to the state as it was before performing the manipulations, then we transfer the tablet to APX mode and launch the "Restore Firmware" shortcut, wait until the end of the execution and get the tablet as it was before our cure. : happy:

after launching the root tablet, this log was received but no result !!!

Naturally, he writes to you that the device was not found, and therefore not received, check the firewood again, plus in the tablet so that debugging is enabled

the firewood stood up normally and everything is included in the tablet as it should, and the log is the same as yours, but the reboot did not happen and root was not received, which I don’t understand. And you have what android 4.0.4 from my site, the dns put after the purchase can roll back to their native firmware?

I am trying to get the root according to the instructions, but nothing comes out, I do everything from the first point and on the fourth point when I run "Unsecure Boot" such a log, can there be a problem? because in the next step I do not have normal firewood

I have such a log because it was launched without a tablet, did a new device appear? When you connect the tablet on it, do not press any notifications, but the tablet should indicate that debugging is enabled. I also had 4.0.4
And you do not have a root because adb did not find the tablet, he also writes device not found and attach the log after executing the label "Unsecure Boot"

maybe there is a problem?

Yes indeed, I found an error in the script, but it does not affect the installation of firewood in the subsequent step, what error when installing firewood or what it writes

It simply identifies the device as p102g and immediately installs the driver, as if the debug mode is not turned on, some other device is detected and the drivers seem to have been set up from your folder but it is called something wrong

When you connect for the first time, two devices appear: “p102g” and “MTP”, the firewood will immediately rise on p102g, the second will indicate your folder

I repeated everything but nothing happened and I reinstalled the firewood from your folder and the "Unsecure Boot" changed. Are there any other considerations?
If anyone tried to unsubscribe, did it work out or not, can there be other options? Tell me how you have done so far to no avail !!!
