Enter the program. See the menu, one of the items is called Manage Firewaall Settings, go there and see the list of applications. Press the left touch key (on my samsung), two windows pop up - block everything or "release" everything. At first I blocked everything, and then I opened everything I needed (as it turned out later, not everything).
