I just checked it myself. YouTube videos downloaded to the Video folder in mp4 format. Respectively reproduced without problems.
P.S. I also managed to download the video to the Others folder.
When HQ is on, the same video is downloaded to the Videos folder, and with the video off, it is downloaded to the Others folder.
