Why is Zoe Sahre interesting and how does it differ from a certain modified version of tumblr, if we imagine that Zoe is an analogue of gif, which just overwhelmed this service? First, to create Zoe does not require any knowledge or a special editor on the computer, it is an extremely simple tool, sewn into the smartphone. Secondly, the basis of Zoe is user-generated content, and not assemblies of “funny” situations from films, foreign videos and signatures. Finally, the Twitter company recently launched the Vine service (applications for which so far are only for iOS, the Android version is in operation). Short clips in Vine are a complete copy of Zoe mini-clips, that is, two large companies at the same time feel an interest in one type of content, and this is already talking about something.
