I think that the union would be good to do. Ways to solve problems (most) do not differ. That is, the questions are repeated in different sections of the same and the same, plus people visiting the help section of the iphone more, respectively, will solve the problem faster there than in the section for the ipad. For example, the question about the problem of the battery (everyone's favorite topic) or imessage in the section for the iphone has long been resolved, and in the meantime, the topic for the ipad is just a couple of answers and not very useful.
