So as long as we have, several img files. gta3.img is heavily trimmed, all txd files are removed in .dat files (for different devices there are apparently different files, there are for powerVR and for adreno and for others. Probably they differ in texture resolution)
Tell the file path with the graphics settings on the android or lay out the file itself with the maximum graphics settings (drawing and resolution at 100%, effects at maximum, dynamic shadows on)
I remember the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City mod, GTA was called Cop lawlessness, so it would have been there to replace all the cars, islands were added, etc.
Iextracted files from .OBB into Android / data / com.rockstargames.gtavc / files. Game need .obb files to read files from the directory, which Imentioned.
Can anyone check that? This can work with packed textures from VC. Briefly. The game does not start without obb but you can still unpack it into that folder and shove fashion into it. Check pliz.
