Yes, now maemo version in terms of interface is exactly the same as for the n900. Lies here:http://thecust.net/nelisquare/maemo/(-Devel.deb, -alpha.deb). In fact they are the same, and updated when the updated beta for n9.
The stable version 0.4.9 for n900 was not (internal changes were large, and tmo moved, turnips were not working). Next will be stable 0.4.10 simultaneously for n9 and n900.
cust, And Russian localization is planned? there is of course almost everything is clear, but still its has its own :)

Yes, it is planned not only Russian. It will soon be updated navigation and will begin translationtransifex. I'll let you know about updates.

Yes I have the same, but the author said that the new version will be some changes on the navigation, I hope this gets better, but it is terribly razdrazzhaet

You need to change the settings A-GPS Supl server, and the server instead nokii install Google's server. This can be done by methodsdescribed hereorright here

They work quickly and always available (well, maybe not always, but often nokii server generally do not respond).
