Okromya it all depends on your version of iOS. You can only flash on the latest version, i.e. If you bought a device, say, from iOS 7.1 - then you can upgrade to the latest or stay on the current one. There is no going back.

By installing iOS 9.3.2, you can use almost (except for a few that require a 64-bit processor) all applications and games. There will be no problem with this.

On the other hand, staying on the old iOS - in some cases, you can win in performance. The speed depends on the "large" generation of iOS, i.e. from the first digit. Suppose iOS 7 can be faster than iOS 9 - but iOS 9.3.2 is better in speed than iOS 9.0.2.

Personally, I am satisfied with the work of iOS 9.3.2, but I have Aypad Air and iPhone 5.
