It was necessary to buy a laptop for home, mainly for printing and to be able to display video, but large enough. In general, the task was difficult, given the budget framework of 10000r, and the choice between there was a difficult one between amd e series and intel celeron. But since I already have a computer with a sandy bridge, and I especially liked the hd3000 video accelerator, which seems to be not very warming up. Well, and probably in favor of buying this particular laptop, its staffing with peripheral devices, such as usb 3.0 (including 2 pcs.) And hdmi, as well as stereo speakers, almost all beeches for this price, has one speaker.
The main advantage as it seemed to me when buying this is just the limit of the case, in other reviews they wrote that you can even get to the processor simply by removing the back cover, alas, it is not that you need to disassemble the thermal paste. But the g580 turned out to be much stronger and less bend under load, which is already good when carrying, say when it is taken with one hand. I was pleased that the design of the hinges was even more compared to the 560/570 series; now they seem to be stronger, there is no feeling that the cover will fly off the root. With all the ease of opening the lid, opening the lid at the beginning, then in the middle it opens already harder, but on my specimen it can lean more at a small beech movement, very unpleasant. When you close the lid, it goes very down and slaps, it seems that the screen may crack. The design of course, like all lenovo, is very boring and the principle is the same as two or three years ago, except it can be noted that it is very thick for its filling and has a lot of free space. By the way, his weight was pleasantly pleased, not much different from netbooks with a similar screen size, but like the power supply, which is generally weightless for me. Well, the main disadvantage of any manufacturer is that only the lower part of the lid is matte, the rest is glossy, apparently the Chinese think that gloss gives steepness and high prices, I have long noticed this among many manufacturers.
According to technical performance, it is difficult to say something, you can immediately say that the drive was set to the one that I saw only in the 90s, when reading a disk it vibrates wildly and makes a lot of noise, writes double-layer discs. The processor warms up to a maximum of 50 degrees in non-resource-intensive applications, while the cooler does not make noise, in general, the heating mode is similar to my i5 sandy bridge processor. The touchpad recognizes several movements, the scrolling is not very well implemented, with the finger on the edge of the touchpad. In the second slot I immediately delivered 4GB of RAM, I worked for a little more than an hour from factory charging, I lived with installed Windows and 4 hours with active use, which is not bad for a budget laptop.
I haven’t done tests in games yet, I don’t even know what to check.
Photos will be later.
