1. Turn off the phone
2. Press Volume + and Power button.
3. The phone comes to life and in the lower left corner we see the inscription recovery mode, click on the inscription without hesitation.
4. Get CWM-based recovery. Navigation in the menu: volume rocker - move up / down, confirm with the power button)
5. Select wipe data / factory reset, select Yes, wait for the process to finish
6. Choose wipe cache partition, select Yes, wait for the process to finish
7. Select reboot system now. The handset rebuses.
8. Finished.

Wipe memory cleans. After installing the new firmware and wipe, applications from the market are installed normally.
