Chocolate cake rolls
Ingredients
Dough:
* Egg - 3 pcs.
* Flour - 2 tbsp. l.
* Cocoa - 2 tbsp. l.
* Bustyer - 0.5 h. L.
* Powder sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Filling:
* Cream cheese - 200 g
* Butter butter - 100 g
* Powder sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Additionally:
* Powder sugar with cinnamon - 1 tbsp. l.
Cooking:
1. Proteins separate from yolks and beat them with powdered sugar.
2. To mix the yolks and sifted through the sieve dry ingredients.
3. Laying a papers, pour the dough into it, to dissolve a thin layer.
4. Bake at 200 degrees 10 minutes.
5. Turn over the root on a wet towel, moisten the paper with water and remove it from the look.
6. Cut the cakes to 2 parts, roll both parts with a towel in the roll, cool.
7. For filling, mix well components.
8. Share a filling on the cakes, roll down and remove the refrigerator for 1 hour.
9. Chilled rolls cut into parts and sprinkle with cinnamon with powdered sugar.
