Can. Most firmware are universal and multilingual. Sometimes it is even necessary, because in the biline firmware (and in general in the "Russian") some functions are disabled (above, many people write that Wi-Fi only works on the 668th firmware, and so it is).

The general prerequisite is one: after installing the firmware on a PC, you need to find the vendor file in all possible related folders - and delete it. Otherwise it will not be delivered.
