After the firmware do:
1. Full reset phone * 2767 * 3855 #
2. Dial * # 5239870 * # Select Pre-configuration
3.In the box, enter * # 27236 * #
4. Select region, SER for Russia, SEK for Ukraine.
If a failure has occurred
1. Disconnect the phone from the computer
2. Remove the battery from the phone
3.Insert the battery in the phone
4. Turn on the phone
5.Turn off the phone
6.Connect phone to computer
7. Can you flash again.

Is it possible to manually specify the driver for the phone? Kies does not see it in Download mode, does not find the necessary drivers in the network. The result is that the multiloader does not find the port. And the original problem is the same - the eternal reboot. The Download mode was not turned on until the battery was manipulated (pressing three keys with the battery off).

This is just ... a bootloader. (Standby commands from the computer via USB). Therefore - for firmware (recovery) you need ... a computer.

After installing the drivers from the header, transferring the smartphone to the Download mode and connecting it to the computer, the device should be installed automatically. Everything works without problems in Windows 7. (If you are trying on Windows 10 - boot into the driver signature verification disable mode).
