Once I managed to catch them in conjugated topics (firmware-observation-modifications, etc.), i.e. The posts were transferred, but basically they simply disappeared. I admitted the idea that the users themselves figured out and deleted their question as unnecessary so as not to pollute the forum. But then I realized that this was not so.

Yesterday I saw the post of colleagues who carried out the procedure potentially needed in the future, I asked him about the nuances. Having arrived in a few hours, I did not see an answer to my question, nor the question itself. The procedure concerned the activation of the recording of calls when switching from one type of firmware to another. As I understand it, there are several ways to do this, and someone has the first one, someone has the second, etc. ... The question was directly related to the firmware and their features, it was asked in the topic of firmware. I believe that the answer would be useful not only to me, but also by an unlimited number of other users (this on the topic "I would write to him in QMS"). I praised the related topics and finding either my question or answer to it, I wrote a post asking me to write to me in QMS to the moderator (curator, assistant, etc.), who deleted the question, because Before that, there were no notifications or notifications about the removal of posts - they simply disappeared, i.e. It is not even clear who exactly does this, for what reason, to whom to contact. That is, this was the only opportunity to find out the basis of removal and establish contact with the person who demolished it.
