Rom feature.
- Base on Ship Rom for HTC Surround 4.03 shipped Rom for HTC Surround.
- OS 7.10.8773.89
- Some drivers form HTC Mozart and HD7.
- My custom Roms flash package (the RUU_signed.nbh) is included OS and Radio 5.69.
- Newest Ultrashot Full Unlocked, IExapinstaller, Opera Mobile works, System apps work.
- Multilanguage: WWE, Ελληνικά, Svenska, Portuguks, Norsk, Suomi, Dansk, UK English, Nederlands, Čeština, Russian, Magyar, Espaсol, Français, Deutsch, Italiano, Polski, Portugues (Brazil), Korean, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Indonesian, Malaysian, Turkies --- Thanks @pdaimatejam for language package.

Instructions flash my custom Rom.
1. HSPL, HSPL can find HERE. If not, please dont flash my Custom Rom.
2. Battery has to be more than 60%.
3. Turn your phone OFF TOTALLY.
4. Put the phone into the bootloader mode.
5. USB cable usb data cable and wait for untill USB word appear on you phone.
6. Now run ROMUpdateUtility.exe in my Custom Rom package and follow the ROMUpdateUtility.exe requirements.
7. The flash process will take you about 5 minutes.
8. Enjoy.

Good firmware, but the DFT V5 battery is devouring on the eyes, on charging 3 times a day. It seemed to me not serious, I installed (NhatHoa_SurroundRom_8773_25Langs_V2_ModedIcons) with xda-developers.com very pleased with the battery for 2 days, with reasonable use, excellent functionality, nice interface of modern icons, and by the way, one drawback that WI-FI found with the second attempt . Now there is a way to lower the bootloader with 4 and 5 without a Gold card

You need to downgrade your SPL, install HSPL and flash V2.1 ROM with touch driver. I love this driver to v63.

To downgrade SPL try this method:
First download RUU_Mondrian_Cingular_US_1.52.502.04_5.66.09.09_22 .46.50_RELEASE.exe from FileFactory, unpack and DELETE RUU_signed.nbh. Then run ROMUpdateUtility.exe. It will downgrade your SPL to 1.52. After the reboot reset your device and hold the “Volume Down” button during reset to enter OSPL mode. You must make sure your SPL is 1.52, or your phone will be broken. HSPL and flash custom ROMs.

Remember !!!
Be warned, using RSPL / HSPL may void your warranty.
You use this at your own risk. NOBODY no damage for any conflict caused by this procedure.
