As soon as I updated to 9k or updated it in the market (I don’t remember what happened before), the notifications from the line stopped signaling at all (not with sound or vibro), a message pops up from the background to the screen (it also has settings and notifications on), but does not signal. For me it is very critical. All permissions are given, notifications with sound and vibro are included in the application settings. Sinned for some conflicts, but after detecting the problem, I reinstalled it on a more recent firmware with a full wipe (+ data). For all other applications, sound + vibro, with incoming messages, work properly. I changed VPN applications, in the settings of both the phone and the line itself, forcibly notifications off-overload-on-overload did not help. I suspect that somewhere there is some kind of checkmark in the settings or an additional list of applications that does not work fully, like it was with the market that it didn’t download from the mobile network - it was necessary to increase the size of the downloaded file in the “download” application itself firmware, or in later versions, turn off the accelerator in it, which in itself is not entirely logical, but solved the problem.
