Immediately there was a theory that does not let through the router
Turned off the router - started up the Internet directly and still does not cling OneNote on BB to SkyDrive

Yes, I have everything ok with version 2010. And the synchronization is quite fast, but there are no pictures in the notes, only text (in the sense I do not use).

Without changing the settings of the computer - I connected it not through the provider's network, but through the GPRS connection. It all worked

Question means or in the router, I think there are two options here.
- or OneNote and WebApp only works with external IP addresses
- or it does not work for the Small Port Forwarding of the necessary ports (on the UPnP router it is enabled and works fine with other programs)
